- We will refund you the full price of the item if you are dissatisfied with our product;
- We do not refund shipping charges;
- The full price of the item (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to the same credit card that you used to purchase the item;
- If your product is damaged or tampered with on receipt, please contact us immediately and we will have a replacement sent to you (we may need to see photographic evidence if it is a shipping issue/goods were damaged during transit)
